A great ocean salt retains all the elements of the ocean. With up to 92 minerals and trace elements an authentic ocean salt is slightly sweet in flavour, moist to touch and rich in ocean brine. A refined table salt cannot match the healing power and depth of flavour that we find in pure ocean salt.
